Eileen’s interest in natural and complementary therapies was awakened through her own experience of ill health, her studies beginning with Shiatsu and Tai Chi. She qualified in 1997 at the Central London School of Reflexology and in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage at The London School of Oriental Massage. She has worked using Reflexology treatments to help people living with HIV and in a physiotherapy clinic using Reflexology and Thai Yoga Massage to treat clients with chronic and acute musculoskeletal problems. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists.
Eileen is an experienced teacher of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, with a special interest in the health aspects of Tai Chi. Where appropriate, clients are given acupressure point massage routines and exercises derived from Tai Chi and Qi Gong for home use between therapy sessions.
